Director Business Developement
Comes from the “school of coffee” in Hamburg Germany where in 2000 he began to study international trade with the Neumann Kaffee Gruppe and the Chamber of Commerce. In 2003 came his move to Asia. He contributed to the long-term success of start-up companies such as Highlands Coffee, Pacorini and Hiangkie, all involved in coffee, internationally.
His devotion to coffee and profound experience throughout the coffee supply chain led Sebastian to the formation of a highly capable and motivated team comprised of product developers and engineers who are all carefully involved with continuously improving all products and to fulfill the companies overall quest and mission.
Product Manager
After graduation in B.A. of Trade and English in Ho Chi Minh City in the year 2000, she developed her career as Product Manager with German and Swiss companies in manufacturing and import/export. Her core competency now lays in quality control and supply chain management and she contributed to the success of products ranging from mechanical equipment to furniture and decor items.
Her highly pragmatic and result oriented approach coupled with this strong background and her experience in working with global clientele, makes her an expert to work with, particularly in the factory landscape.

Our fully equipped training facility is located in Ho Chi Minh City and comprises an espresso & cupping lab as well as roasting facility. Here you can learn about the essentials of coffee roasting or if you have experience already, receive advanced training. We are also happy to tailor our courses to your very specific needs in a calm environment that is limited to 3 persons.
