You can extract data but data doesn’t control your roast. The control panel is modern, yet roasting is by open traditional drum where you can easily sample, smell, hear the sizzling and cracking and literally tune in with your coffees.

Easily create equal samples from your lots !
The Sample Divider ensures accurate splitting of green coffee samples into two equal halves, each perfectly representative of the original batch.
As beans flow down the cone, they are evenly distributed through 32 separate streams, finally rejoining to empty into two pans.
This piece of equipment is calibrated to provide accuracy of 1% between pans on a 4000g sample. The body and inner parts are made of either galvanized or stainless steel. Legs and supports are made of powder-coated steel.

Moisture Analyzer- Moisture Mac II

The Coffee Pro Moisture MAC II uses the electrical properties of water to provide an indirect method of moisture determination. Instead of using a balance to determine the mass of the sample, it has a fixed volume sample cup.
