Available Capacities: 1,2,4,6 Drum; 80-120g/drum

Heat Transfer: Gas or Electric options

Select one, two, four, or six drums, depending on your needs. Both electric and gas heating options are available. Each roaster is engineered for optimal safety, easy maintenance, and cleaning.

Single drum roasters are equipped with an additional K-type thermocouple for data logging. Multiple drums can be customized on demand.

  • Digital temperature indication and regulation for each drum by desired peak temperature (heat source switches on and off via solenoid valve; +/- 2°c)

Roasting on a Sample PRO 100 will enhance your connection with your coffees and give you just the right amount of control. Its easy and intuitive operation gives you a sense of authenticity, freedom and pleasure.
You can extract data but data doesn’t control your roast. The control panel is modern, yet roasting is by open traditional drum where you can easily sample, smell, hear the sizzling and cracking and literally tune in with your coffees.
